When it comes to corporate photography, there's an art to capturing the essence of a business and the people who make it thrive. A recent project with Pearle Vision of Brandon, Florida, provided an exciting opportunity to do just that, and presented me with a unique challenge - to capture engaging headshots and group portraits without any glare in the subjects' glasses from my large flash umbrellas.Working with Pearle Vision was a rewarding experience. The optical store, which is known for its commitment to providing quality eyewear and eye care, has a team that exudes confidence and passion for their work. The challenge was to translate this energy into a series of group and individual portraits that would serve as an accurate representation of the business and its team. One of the primary considerations during this session was avoiding glare in the glasses of the subjects. As anyone who has tried to photograph someone wearing glasses will know, this is not an easy task. The issue of glare can be particularly tricky when working with large flash umbrellas, which are often necessary for professional, well-lit shots. But with a bit of careful positioning and tweaking of the light angles, I was able to eliminate the glare and capture clear, vibrant photos. The result was a series of stunning corporate headshots and group portraits that, I believe, encapsulated the spirit of Pearle Vision of Brandon - confident, professional, and fabulous. Each individual photo captured the essence of the employee, while the group photos showcased the team's unity and collective strength. The success of this project would not have been possible without the trust and support of the store owner, Sara Petro. Entrusting someone with the task of capturing the image of your business is no small thing, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Sara and her team. The Pearle Vision project was yet another reminder of why I love corporate photography. It's not just about capturing people in a professional setting, but about portraying the passion and dedication behind a business. It's about highlighting the individuals who come together to make a business what it is. And most importantly, it's about telling a story - the story of a business, its team, and the community it serves. This experience has further solidified my love for my work and reaffirmed the power of photography in conveying the essence of a business. I look forward to more exciting projects in the future! #pearlevisionbrandon #pearlevision #corporatephotography #corporateheadshots #employeeheadshots #tampaheadshots #soulcapturebychavez #fujifilmxt3
